1Definitions & Interpretation

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

99zz may request a national ID card or equivalent document at the time of registration or before processing transactions. It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate information. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure.

3Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Creation & Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the 99zz support team must be notified immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any complications arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.2 Password & Login Security

The user's login credentials — password and mobile number — must be kept completely confidential. No one else should be given access to the account. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, 99zz must be informed immediately. 99zz will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

99zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or system manipulation
• Use of a false identity
• Failure to cooperate with verification
• When required by law

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99zz currently accepts transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are not possible through any method other than these three.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This timeframe may occasionally extend due to verification delays or other technical reasons. 99zz reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals under unusual circumstances.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that any funds they deposit come from a legitimate source. Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal or suspicious sources will result in account cancellation and notification of the relevant authorities.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 99zz sets the minimum and maximum bet limits on funds received as a bonus.
• 99zz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Usage Terms

All games available on the 99zz platform — casino slots, live games, fishing games, casual games, and sports betting — are governed by these Terms. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server issues, network disruption, or software errors, 99zz may declare that game void and refund the bet amount. Any incorrect results or payouts displayed as a result of an error are subject to cancellation.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed and funds forfeited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

11VIP Program & Cashback Policy

99zz's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued active participation. VIP benefits may change at 99zz's discretion. Cashback funds are added to accounts at a set time each week.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 99zz platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 99zz or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying these without prior written permission is prohibited.

All rights relating to game software are reserved by the respective game developers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and others.

Section 13

13General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 99zz and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements or undertakings are superseded by these Terms.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining terms; all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Choosing not to enforce a term in one instance does not mean 99zz has given up the right to enforce that term. All provisions will apply in full to any subsequent violation.
